Andrew Conn
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Conn leads National Government Services’ operational excellence in information technology and administrative services for federal health agencies. With more than 29 years of health care experience, including more than 23 years in Medicare administration, he possesses deep policy, program, operational and technical expertise. As the longest tenured Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) project manager in the country, Mr. Conn led several of the highest performing MACs in the history of Medicare contracting reform to achieve exceptional program performance.


Mike Brower
Staff Vice President, Business Process Operations

Mr. Brower leads National Government Services’ Business Process Operations. Leveraging 17 years of operational experience, he oversees the provider contact center, claims processing, appeals, provider experience, provider enrollment, financial services and audit and reimbursement. Mr. Brower and his team of dedicated associates focus on operational excellence and a passion for improving the healthcare experience for both the beneficiary and provider community.


Karen Chan
Staff Vice President, Business Process Solutions

Ms. Chan is responsible for oversight of National Government Services’ Business and Financial Solution Contracts including two Medicare Administrative Contracts (MACs) representing 20% of the nation’s Fee-for-Service workload. With 19 years of healthcare industry experience, Ms. Chan is leading a diverse team of program managers, solution architects and solutions managers to expand National Government Services’ Business Process Solutions footprint in both current and emerging markets. Her previous experience includes Medicare program integrity, program management, breakthrough leadership, and associate empowerment.


Jane Hite-Syed
Staff Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Ms. Hite-Syed leads National Government Services’ Information Technology team, a group focused on digital transformation and the government’s path to modernization. Using the SAFe methodology, her team is implementing change through the use of model-driven development, robotic process automation, and application integration. She has a proven record of success in managing change in large organizations. Ms. Hite-Syed’s oversees seasoned professionals in application development, data center management, enterprise architecture, infrastructure support, and scaled Agile framework and security.


Greg McKinney, MD MBA
Staff Vice President, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. McKinney serves as the Chief Medical Officer for National Government Services. He is a board certified family physician with over 18 years of full time and part time practice experience. Additionally, he has been a Contractor Medical Director in the Medicare program for over 18 years. Dr. McKinney oversees Clinical Operations which includes six contractor medical directors, medical review, clinical reviewers for appeals and claims, medical policy unit, administrative law judge appeals unit, CERT team and the clinical data unit. He also serves as clinical liaison for National Government Services with the Centers for Medicare &nbps; Medicaid Services.


Jennifer Saalfrank
Director of Clinical Solution Programs

Ms. Saalfrank leads National Government Services’ Clinical Solutions programs bolstered by her 16 years of healthcare experience and background in statistics and actuarial science. Jennifer has led a myriad of operational areas – outreach and education, medical review, prior authorization, and call centers with oversight for medical policy and the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider website and provider portal. The success of her teams was acknowledged by the Centers for Medicare &nbps; Medicaid Services’ Provider Customer Service Award in two consecutive years. Ms. Saalfrank has extensive experience in IDIQ and Program Management oversight for both IT and Operational contracts.


Rochelle Shaw
Staff Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)

Ms. Shaw leads the National Government Services’ EPMO area. With more than 32 years of health care experience, including more than 30 years of Medicare administration experience, she possesses extensive program and operational experience. Ms. Shaw has served as the Medicare CFO and has run multiple federal programs including SHOP, WTC and PFDC. Most recently, she established the EPMO to consolidate the management of Quality, Governance, Risks and highly visible corporate projects.


Krista Yager
Staff Vice President, Digital Health and Chief Digital Officer

Ms. Yager leads National Government Services’ Digital Health strategy and contracts for our federal health agencies. As a strategic business management executive with over 25 years of dedicated Health IT experience in federal and commercial healthcare, she is known for creating innovative enterprise strategies, with a proven business development record. She has exceptional credentials with proven results in creating competitive advantages, strategic alliances, profitable growth margins and internal process and product improvements. Ms. Yager has served on several boards of directors and received multiple leadership recognition awards, in addition to industry recognition as a published author.
