National Government Services invests in talent for future growth with key leadership appointments
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - National Government Services, Inc. is refining its operations and identifying strategic core capabilities, including tapping top talent for key roles on its leadership team
Jane Hite-Syed, Chief Information Officer (CIO) – responsible for all National Government Services enterprise-wide Information Technology (IT) activities, including infrastructure, architecture, application development, networks, re-engineered business processes, security services, asset management, and computer and auxiliary operations and support.
Ms. Hite-Syed joined National Government Services with more than 25 years of experience in the government healthcare and IT industry. She held leadership positions with NASCO and Hewlett Packard (HP)/Electronic Data Systems (EDS). She earned her bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Ball State University, Muncie, IN.
Greg McKinney, MD, MBA, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) – leads, develops, directs, and implements clinical and non-clinical activities that affect health care quality cost and outcomes. The CMO interprets existing policies and develops new policies based on changes in the healthcare or medical arena. He manages and supports the medical management staff to ensure timely and consistent responses to members and providers, and identifies and develops opportunities for innovation to increase effectiveness and overall quality.
Dr. McKinney joined the National Government Services team in 2014 from Cahaba GBA, where he served as a senior medical director and gained extensive experience serving government partners. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Georgia Southwestern University in Americus, GA; earned his doctor of medicine degree and completed his post-graduate medical education (internship, residency) at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA; and completed a master’s of business administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
